Water Tour on Tisza river
Come with Special Tours to the River Tisza for an unforgettable week!Our programmes are suitable for good swimmers, for those who are interested in nature, like active holidays and do not mind sleeping in a tent, far away from noisy towns. The Upper Tisza Region is the nicest river-part of Hungary; the nature, fauna and flora are almost virgin here. When the water is low, there are such sand-beds that can compete with suitable those at the seaside, so excellently for
clearest part of bathe and sport. This is the the River Tisza. You need to bring your own tent, sleeping bag and articles for personal use. Participants inexperienced in padding will be trained by experts. If necessary, we can provide you with a life jacket, but you can use your own as well. You do not need to bring a boat, according to your wish we offer either a two-person kayak or 4-person canoe.
Itinerary
Day 1:
Arriving individually in Budapest. Meeting the guide at a two-star motel in Budapest on the bank of the Danube (not in the city). Accommodation and dinner in Budapest.
Day 2:
Sightseeing in Budapest in the morning and then travelling by bus to Tiszabecs via Nyiregyhaza. Accommodation and dinner in Tiszabecs in a two-star camping.
Day 3:
First part of Water tour Tiszabecs -Vasarosnameny 100km. During the tour we provide accommodation in camping sites with full board, which includes breakfast, packed food for lunch, two-course dinner and a microbus for carrying luggage.
Day 4:
Second part of Water tour Tiszabecs -Vasarosnameny 100km.
Day 5:
Third part of Water tour Tiszabecs -Vasarosnameny 100 km.
Day 6:
Fourth part tour Tiszabecs -Vasarosnameny 100 km.
Day 7:
Final part Water tour Tiszabecs -Vasarosnameny 100 km.
Day 8:
Transfer to Budapest, individual departure.
