Cserepfalu
is a small village in Northern Hungary, at the foot of the Bukk mountains, next
to Bogacs, near Eger.
Cserepfalu is a nice place to stay in the several guesthouses in the village ,
taste local wines at a local winecellar.
Cserepfalu also part of the Bukkalja
wine region, famous mostly for its white wines, chardonnays.
Cserepfalu
is also have several sights to see, in and around the village.
Like the
Subalyuk Museum
which show the life of the prehistoric man of
Subalyuk. Subalyuk is a cave can be found in the Bukk mountain, which was rich
in prehistorical men settlements. If you take shorter/longer walks in the
moutains, you can discover yourself these caves, like Szeleta, Subalyuk,
etc.

get there?
By
car
From Budapest, take M3 highway. Take exit at Mezokovesd, go over the
train till the main road, turn right and at the Bogacs sign turn left. Go
through Bogacs, keep left. The next village is Cserepfalu.
Around 140kms from
Budapest
By train you take off at Mezokovesd, and get on bus going to
Bogacs/Cserepfalu/Bukkzserc
