You can take airport minibus to the city or Taxi, or take on a citybus (single ticket can be purchased at the driver or at the newsagency on the arrival hall), to Kobanya Kispest metro station and take a metro.
Or another option if you are arriving to Ferihegy 1, to take the train to nyugati station. Cost 300HUF, takes 20mins.

Central Hotel Basilica is a real downtown hotel, the Basilica is front of it, and it is in a quet pedestrian street. The underground station Deak Ter (square) is around 300meters,the Parliament and the Danube also.
