Borostyan Wine Cellar, Tokaj
Located in the heart of Tokaj on the main street, only 100meters from the main square.
The family run cellar over 350 years old, made by riolit. The ceiling of the cellar is becomed mildewed by the years. But this mildew (cladosporium cellare) gives the final and unique taste of the wines of Tokaj.
There is a winetasting unit on the bottom level of the cellar, where visitors can taste different Assu, Samorodni, Furmint all made in wooden barrel.
On the upper level , there is a larger winetasting hall, which can serve up to 50peoples and we can serve them with winetasting, hot can cold foods.
Borostyan Cellar also runs Restaurant and Pizzeria
