Hollohaza
Hollohaza lies in the middle of a valley entirely surrounded by Zemplen mountains. History of Hollohaza village is back to the 1st century, when hungarians conquered the region, Hollohaza mentioned first in 1270.
Main sights of Hollohaza
Hollohaza is mostly known for its Porcelains manufacture. The factory is dated back to 1831
Visit the Porcelain Museum which displays huge selection of porcelains, glass-works.
Starting point of the National Blue Trail it is another sight, the Blue Trail is a path along Hungary. If you follow the blue trail, you can walk to every corner of Hungary, which starts here in Hollohaza.

How to get there
by car From Budapest, take M3 highway. Take exit at Miskolc and go along on 35th road till Satoraljaujhely,Around 280kms from Budapest
By train you take off at Miskolc and change train to Satoraljaujhely direction, than exchange bus in Satoraljaujhely
Aron's Tips
Hollohaza is a must see place, specially the porcelain museum if you are nearby. Also can be good starting point to discover the surrounding Zemplen mountains, as Hollohaza has many nice guesthouses for cheap. Fuzer fortress nearby.
